January 3, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #15 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL BLEACHER INSTALLATION. Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final contract costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Change Order #1 for approval. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the Sarasota High School Softball Bleacher Construction Project be accepted as complete and the final payment to the contractor be approved as presented.
